I used Select for all my upstairs when I bought my house. I called them back, and they never fixed the problem. Now I have a box of defective boards installed and it is varied throughout the upstairs. Then I called again a couple months ago, and they were supposed to come on, the appointments was set. They did not show, call or cancel, but closed their doors. Now unreachable.

What could this company do to improve their services?: Contact their customers and let them know how to make claims for warranty coverage.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Don't just check references, get as much as you can in writing, and don't pay unless 100% satisfied.
