After deciding on Selba we discussed or ideas with Natalie (she is the best by the way) and she came up with a fabulous design and plan. Thank God we listened to her. She is so creative. You know you did the right thing when people compliment you, "I like what you did here and that's a great look over there, etc.", thanks Natalie.
Selba was really great in accommodating our delays as we ended up starting the reno just before Covid and then thru numerous delays in getting contractors during Covid as we were not only redoing our kitchen and laundry but also our entire first floor being redone, floors, walls, ceiling, etc..
When it was Selba's turn, they sent us Danny to do the install. You couldn't get a better guy to do the job. We feel so lucky. He went out of his way to ensure that entering was absolutely perfect. When a couple of items weren't "just right," then between Danny and Natalie, they fixed it or did whatever was necessary to make it right. Unlike many other companies who will say that this is what it says in the contract, they will change it to accommodate your vision. Total customer service!
We founfd out later on that the customer service policy comes down right from the top, from the owner of the company. How could you not want to deal with a company like that?
Although we have done major changes to our first floor, the kitchen is the focal point and gets the lion's share of compliments. And who doesn't like that? Just reinforces that you made the right decision and went with the right company.
From the extraordinary creative design and patience of Natalie to the phenomenal expertise and eye for detail of Danny and to the general customer service orientation of this company from the top down (they really care) we offer a very sincere thank you for a job so incredibly well done. We would recommend you to everyone!!
