Bought air conditioner, furnace an water heater november 2011

The installation was very messy, took longer than expected, the draining pipes are across the hallway. called the salesperson and no one came to check it. The air conditioner is not working, not only received an appointment 7 days after but the worst manners I have seen.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Change the whole culture of the company, put the customer first and have respect for him/her. Improve the quality of the installation work, hire better management, provide acceptable customer service.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Don't buy from Sears
