Carpet Steam Cleaning

I chose Sears to provide carpet cleaning service as their staff were courteous and professional in my phone discussions. Once booked, they showed up right on time for the appointment and the carpets look like new again. Would recommend them to anyone for this service.

I did buy my laundry set from sears ,the sale person I deal with me advise me that the set was the quet one on world -edn up the washing mashine shake the 3 storey house when was spinning after many visits from servise department I was able to return the set and get a new one

microwave hood

The customer service was good. I would definately recomend Sears to solve problem. They stepped in and up when we were short of time. rep searched through entire province to find the model required

Window replacements

The installers were fast, professional and efficient. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up so thoroughly that one would never know anything had been done. They were friendly and courteous, but best of all, they did an amazingly good job.

new couch

Truely bad service with the company. We had put our order for a Natuzzi couch with Peter through our Sears credit card. First he did not defer our payment so the statement showed we owe for the couch right away. We placed our order in January and the couch to arrive in June. Therefore we did not expect to pay for the couch until the merchandise arrived.

The product showed up on the next statement that we owe the $3000. we called Sears credit card company and they told us to speak to our salesman Peter to defer our payment.

We called Peter and told us that he will take care of it and don't worry. Peter called back a week later and said everything has been taken care of and the payment will be deferred until June. Next statement showed up the payment was still on there now owing interest. I called Peter back up and he said he had trouble deferring the payment because that would cause a cancellation of the order. We said talk to your manager and correct the payment.

June finally arrived our couch was in and delivered. When it got to our home there was a screw missing for one of the couch. We called Peter back up and he said they carry no extra parts. We checked Roma's and Home Depot of screws but nothing for the Natuzzi couch. We went to Sears Rmd and asked if they had spare parts or if they could remove one of their couch they said no. But at least they called their furniture repair person to come out with a screw.

Love my couch but really hate dealing with Sears

Sofa

I had searched for the perfect sofa to suit my home. I saw this lovely sofa lounge set at Sears that was within my budget. The quality and guarantee that Sears provided made my decision easy. When I purchased the sofa, the customer service that I received was exceptional. They were very curtious and answered all my questions (i.e. guarantees, make, quality, etc.) thoroughly. When my sofa was delivered to my tiny apartment the delivery men tried so hard to get my sofa into my tiny home. We had narrow walls and a crickety elevator that didn't work that day, but they did it! Beads of sweat were dripping off their forheads when they were finished from twisting and turning through the narrow hallways. I really appreciate the excellent service that I received before and after purchasing the item. It is difficult to find such great customer service and I am happy to see that it is still provided at such a large chain such as Sears.

Heating system servicing

This company arrived right on time and their service representatives were very courteous and seemed very efficient and helpful.The service inspector was very knowledgeable and helpful supplying me with the answers to all my questions
