Truely bad service with the company. We had put our order for a Natuzzi couch with Peter through our Sears credit card. First he did not defer our payment so the statement showed we owe for the couch right away. We placed our order in January and the couch to arrive in June. Therefore we did not expect to pay for the couch until the merchandise arrived.
The product showed up on the next statement that we owe the $3000. we called Sears credit card company and they told us to speak to our salesman Peter to defer our payment.
We called Peter and told us that he will take care of it and don't worry. Peter called back a week later and said everything has been taken care of and the payment will be deferred until June. Next statement showed up the payment was still on there now owing interest. I called Peter back up and he said he had trouble deferring the payment because that would cause a cancellation of the order. We said talk to your manager and correct the payment.
June finally arrived our couch was in and delivered. When it got to our home there was a screw missing for one of the couch. We called Peter back up and he said they carry no extra parts. We checked Roma's and Home Depot of screws but nothing for the Natuzzi couch. We went to Sears Rmd and asked if they had spare parts or if they could remove one of their couch they said no. But at least they called their furniture repair person to come out with a screw.
Love my couch but really hate dealing with Sears
