We did it…we undertook a major renovation project during COVID.
Thanks to Joe and the team at Sandgate Construction, the project was completed on time and on budget.
You know that they have years of experience behind them; Joe’s vision and expertise presented us with ideas we had not considered. After meeting with Joe and discussing our options, we agreed to undertake the project which included removal and replacement of all ceramic and hardwood flooring, replacement of a wall with LVL beam, popcorn ceiling removal and electrical and plumbing re-work to accommodate a new kitchen.
The entire project was completed in less than 3 months from start to finish, minimizing the inconveniences with the entire main floor being under construction. The work site was kept as tidy as possible considering it was a construction site. Thanks to Shawn, Matt, Corey, and the rest of the team for a job well-done.
Joe’s daily site visits ensured work was progressing as scheduled and ensured his crews had everything they needed to complete the work.
