The customer Service is excellent,responsive and responsible.
i had requested to upgrade my sysrem and Malik responded me in a timely manner to accommodate our need to include few sensors at our home to further strengthen security and safety measures.
i asked for a specific convenient time and he respondedquickly by scheduling that time slot.
Everything about the contract and charges was explained in detail as our expectations.
Great Service !! recommend SafeTech to all.
