Alarm Systems review in

We have two retail stores using safetech alarm service over 14 year. We are closing one of the stores by the end of this month . I called safe tech a couple of weeks ago talking to a man about closing, he didn’t say anything about our closing instead keeping ask me to pass safetech information to the new tenant whom I don’t even know. And told me sending an email about time we will stop using the service. Till today no response.
I called again Tuesday morning, Sharon made everything so smooth and easy! Her customer service is excellent!
