Monthly Service

They have illegally charged my credit card for monthly service after my contract finished (even though I sold that house 3 years ago) They won't answer my phone or email messages to correct the issue.

Followup - After receiving Sean's contact info, I was able to contact him directly and the company has since resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Approximate cost of services:
$60.00

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

Company Response

Hi John, I am all to happy to correct the issue. In fact I have asked accounting staff to show me your file so I may review your account, unfortunately, accounting has not been able to bring me anything to review because they don't know who you are. I even asked Homestars to share with me your account related details so I could locate you, however, due to privacy concerns they declined. Can you please call me at 416-229-9902 ext. 225 or email me at sean@safetechalarms.com and I will make sure you are looked after. Thanks. Sean O'Leary President SafeTech Alarm Systems.

John, I am glad we finally connected and I was able to reimburse you the monitoring you paid after you moved out. Please feel free to update your review of SafeTech now that everything has been made right!
