I purchased a garage door from Lui back in February. I paid the deposit in February to secure the installation yet it was only installed end of May.
We set an installation date but they kept on delaying it. After rescheduling three times, they come to install the door but forget the motor. They informed me that they would come the next day, they never did and I needed to follow up three more times to finally get them back to finish the install.
2 weeks later, they finally install the motor, liftmaster 8500, but it doesnt work. I call them to come and fix it which they try to but have to wait another 2 weeks. The first service tech couldn't figure it out, the second service tech found that the first service tech cut a wire. Even after two visits it's still not fixed and now they ignore me.
Stay away from this company, they are shady, unreliable and overpriced. I made the mistake of listening to my GC and using this company. I learned my lesson but hopefully I can help whoever is reading this to think twice.
