I recommend Lester, Mirko and their team highly. I had floods before and called Rooter Group to check out why. They came right away. They did a thorough investigation with cameras so they could give me a detailed estimate. They even checked the outside of my house and put proper extensions on the drain pipes from my eaves. The estimate was a better price than others I had received. They really care and spend time making sure you understand everything. They installed a sump pump with battery back up. I also had to have all the weeping tiles underneath the house redone as they were filled with tree roots and the main drain redone. They were neat and efficient. When they left there was no mess and the holes in floor were neatly cemented. Now I am confident I will not have anymore floods.
