We have used Rodmans for many years to service our furnace and air conditioner and have always had outstanding service. We recently used Rodmans to install a new furnace. From the staff in the office we initially had contact with to the representative who met with us to discuss our furnace options and the technicians who performed the actual install, we were treated in a professional and respectful manner. The actual install work went very well and I was impressed that my basement looked cleaner when the work was completed that before it began! We had to have a few minor issues addressed subsequent to the install and they were dealt with in a very efficient and expedient manner. We will continue to use Rodmans for our furnace and a/c needs and highly recommend them.
