We needed to replace our garage door and did extensive research before deciding to use Richards-Wilcox. Their production facility is here in the GTA and their product is built for Canadian winters unlike some rivals in the US which are located in totally different climates.We made the correct decision.They were very accommodating in postponing the installation three times at our request because of other pending renovation issues. When the time finally came,we experienced a professional installation by a well qualified installer. Full marks all round for service and product.

Met with Don and felt extremely comfortable with him and his knowledge. Gave him a deposit and his crew installed the garage after 3 weeks as promised.

The door is the best looking door in the neighborhood with a very beautiful finish and a very nice glass window.

We used Richards-Wilcox to replace two garage doors with insulated units. The doors are manufactured locally and this appealed to us. Service was quite good although a couple of hiccups with parts. The doors are beautiful, quiet and get a lot of compliments

We met this company at the Home Show - the garage door they had on display immediately attracted us to their booth as the perfect door. Shortly after the show Donovan was on site taking the measurements. The door was installed a few weeks later and it looks great! We've had MANY compliments - including from the many tradesmen we've had on site since - they all ask about the garage door, even the sales guy selling me a new front door. I would definitely recommend them.

Purchased a flat track door system from this company. Nice quality of parts but seemed to be missing a few nuts. The "instructions" were worse then ikea...very little to no detail. I called politely informing we were missing parts. She agreed to send them but was very rude and arrogant about it. Will definitely find another supplier for the next one.

They were extremely accommodating and provided a lot of options. And even brought samples so we could see what it was going to look like. The installation was seamless and very professional. I would recommend this company to everyone.
