Very knowledgable on the appliances. After a short description of the problem we had with our refrigerator, Alex knew exactly what it was was able to get it fixed on the spot (replaced central board). He works very fast and is efficient. We had another appliance (dishwasher) that broke around 4 years ago and he fixed that one, too. By far, they have best service!

I called Superior Appliance Repair yesterday. Alex was here between the quoted time of 10a-noon (actually 10:10am!). Very professional, extremely courteous and knew his products. Over the phone they was very easy to work with and while on property had no problem answering a lot of questions. I'm really good at asking questions, often to the annoyance of the person I'm asking them of but, he was great!

He fixed the problem very quickly.

Fantastic service! I needed to fix my refrigerator and I needed it quick. I was going to schedule with another company but would have to wait a week. So after reading good reviews, I called Superior Appliance Repair. Their service was prompt and the price was reasonable. Would definitely call again.

i had serious problems with my whirpool washer, it was making funny sounds, stalling, and didnt really work well. i called superior appliance repair, they got a repairman to me the next day and he fixed it and its been workin effiecently and smoothly ever since. the guy on the phone (nat) and the repairman were extremely nice and helpful. if you live in NYC. use superior, you wont be disappointed.
