I found this company through their ad in community newspaper.

I told the woman on the phone what I needed and she explained to me their minimum charge and what they would do. The service man, Shawn, called shortly before he would be arriving. He was on time and professional as he explained the process. I noticed after the carpet had dried that there was still some indication of the water stain. I called and they told me that they would have a look and see what could be done. Shawn came and sprayed the area and removed all traces of the stain.

This company was very professional and concerned that the customer was happy and got what they paid for. I would highly recommend their service. Thanks to Shawn for your thorough effort and service.
