Waterproofing review in

When we had water coming in our basement, we were devastated. We had hoped to never have to deal with this issue. Jeffery came and quoted us for the work to be done. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He told us the work would be done within 6 to 8 weeks.
The work eventually got done after the promised 8 weeks, but with the frozen ground, I'm not surprised. Things like that are out of anyone's control.
Overall, I am very pleased with the work done for us, and I am looking forward to finishing our basement so we can use it again.
