Terrific job by Jamie, Chris, Raymond, Eddie and John. This job started with a wet basement repair and escalated into something worse when other issues were discovered. The RCC team on prem showed empathy and total professionalism. They immediately suggested next steps to tackle the unwelcome problem and executed with urgency. Very grateful.
