Made Call to RCC > Justin came out viewed the situation in side and out of the crack in our basement wall. Provided a Estimate and a Guarantee of no further leakage for work that needed to be done on the exterior wall. Signed contract > in a day received a call providing date when crew leader Andrew would arrive. Andrew arrived the date that was provided
and sealed the exterior wall and cleaned up afterward. Recently I received a call from Melody to see if we had any issues. I am very happy they care about there workmanship and would be back in the spring if we needed further clean up.
