This was my second project with Kathy although a major one by our standards - we renovated the master bathroom. Kathy was involved in all aspects of the project from start to finish including the layout, selection of materials, quoting from contractors and project management. We finalised all aspects of the design and selection and we actually went away on vacation leaving the project in Kathy's hands. When we returned 3 weeks later, the bathroom was almost finished with the exception of the countertop (which had already been templated) and the shower doors that had been measured. Kathy made sure all the issues were dealt with and that the work was up to standard before anyone got paid. She was meticulous and thorough and I have not stopped getting compliments from everyone who has seen the bathroom. She was able to balance the design requirements and budget to ensure that at the end of the day we got a bathroom that was gorgeous and elegant, yet not over the top - exactly as I envisioned!
