We hired Coit to clean the carpets before we moved in to our house recently. We were left with the impression that the carpets were steamed clean, but not vacuumed...the day after they came, we went over all the carpets with our own dinky vacuum, and vacuumed up so much hair that the cannister had to be emptied at least twice per room! At least it was clean hair. We were very surprised and disappointed that they didn't vacuum.
