High end Viking appliances; fridge, gas stove and wall oven
Went to them because their prices were lower. However, the experience was a nightmare. They dropped the fridge when they delivered it and dented inside and outside. The delivery folks are their own staff and they assured me that it would be fixed. They didn't return calls, so I had to make several trips to the store to get them to address the issues. They ONLY TAKE CERTIFIED CHEQUES on delivery so you don't have any way of stopping payment until they remedy the situation. They also shipped me the wrong griddle and they won't replace it. The only advice I have is run the other way. If you choose to do business with them, don't give them the cheque until you have personally inspected everything you purchased and are 100% satisfied. Don't expect any customer service after they drop it off....you are on your own. I should have bought from TASCO, they have been reliable in the past. Don't try to save a few bucks when dealing with major purchases....
