I needed a new deck after the old one had to be removed for foundation and waterproofing work. The team was professional, friendly and explained everything they were going to be doing. They answered any questions I had. The work was done in 3 days and the deck is more amazing than I expected.

I'm really happy with the work that Quality Restorations & Renovations did on my house - we had a number of bricks replaced, plus new parging. The quote was reasonable, the work was done with care, they cleaned up nicely at the end, and the contractors were very kind and friendly to work with. I would highly recommend them!

So happy with our newly installed deck! Doug and team were amazing, patiently answering all my inquiries from beginning to end. Materials bought are top quality, it was fast installation, and reasonably priced. They managed to get everything done on short notice during the winter, just in time for spring. Quality Restorations did a wonderful job on our basement. From a general contracting perspective and including each trade craft, the work was professional and high quality. We have also been in touch since it was finished on a few touch ups etc., and they have always shown up to help sort things out.

Doug and team were very professional. From providing guidance and ideas for our project, they were patient with our decisions and delivered a beautiful project on time. The project included demolition, insulation, Hardie Board lap siding, soffit and fascia replacement and a new PT deck.

The team maintained a safe and clean work site, and provided a high level of detail to the finishes. Overall, we were very impressed with their workmanship, and are hoping to have the same team complete a bigger project at our house next year.

This company cares about customer satisfaction. We designed an irregular shaped deck to fit into our small backyard. The project involved building the deck into a new fence and cutting existing patio stones. When the job was done we had a bit of a problem with how the patio stones had been cut. But we said we'd pay up anyway and fix the problem ourselves. Instead, Doug insisted that the workers come back and fix the problem. So many companies "take the money and run". This is not one of those. Great job.

After Quality Restorations did a small but important job for us back in the Fall, and did it super efficiently, quickly, and with very good results, we decided to get a quote to replace our back deck and a balcony (which were well over 30 years old and eroded or falling apart in many places). We felt it was reasonable (more so than another quote we'd received two years ago) and Patrick and his team were very very good. The conditions under which they had to work were not easy: hot, direct sun; materials shortages; occasional rain shower; and so on. Yet they were professional and quick throughout, and they were responsive to our wishes (which at one point included lowering a deck frame). Doug was also responsive to our requests for information as well. At one point, after they had finished, a design flaw in a trap door became apparent and needed to be fixed. Once we told them about it, they were back to repair it within a week. We are so pleased with their work.
