Kevin had his team install a new furnace in my home. He responded quickly and answered all my question. They had the best price for what I wanted and his team did an excellent job. Thanks to the technician Qais for his hard work. I highly recommend this company.

I arranged a service for my furnace with Quality Home Comfort. David came by the same day to fix the issue. He spent time to educate me on my equipment and gave me great advice. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My condo heating unit stopped working on Christmas Day. I called Quality Home Comfort and they arrived the same day to service it. They only charged me for a service call and it has been running well since. Fast and fair company.

Careful with Quality Home Comfort... they'll tell you upfront that they charge for their onsite visit ($100). What they don't tell you is David will come to your home and talk for hours. He'll tell you everything that is wrong with your house, and then never get back to you with a quote. You'll receive a random invoice three weeks later, billing you for the hours spent at your home (which I could not get David to leave my house). When you ask about a quote for heating / cooling (and still unsure what the point was to having David in my house, if they're not quoting for work) they'll take 7 weeks to send you a quote. Totally disappointed...not to mention the barrage of texts to my cell asking if I was "okay"?

Our gas fireplace stopped igniting and we weren't sure how to fix it. We reached out to HomeStars for help and QHC were the first to get back to us. Communication with Kevin was pretty good and he was able to slot us in with a contractor only a couple of days after Christmas. Our contractor David showed up on time and was able to fix the problem without needing to order any additional parts. Price was reasonable for service rendered.

These guys were the most responsive company on Home Stars I’ve ever encountered. No problem setting up an appointment and no problem coming in. They did a great job and showed up when they were supposed to. Highly recommend.

Reached out to Kevin to talk about getting an appointment set up for getting my townhome air ducts cleaned out - after gauging the various options, my wife and I opted to do a complete package as it's a newly purchased home. Kevin and his team were professional and courteous from the initial calls, to when their technician Ilyas and crew worker came in to do the cleaning. They did a very thorough job, explaining what they were doing as they moved through the different cleaning phases, and are very detail-oriented! I'd highly recommend their services.

After two no shows from other duct companies, I came to Homestars and found Quality Home Comfort. Once I submitted my request, Kevin instantly called me. I knew I would not be disappointed with their service. Kevin took the time to explain the process, expectations and my appt was confirmed within 30 minutes for a few days later. Ilyas reached out the night before as a reminder and kept me updated with the time of arrival on the day of. They ran a little late the day of but it was truly no bother at all as they kept me updated. The job was completed thoroughly, clean and in a timely manner by Ilyas and his coworker. I had reached out to Kevin for a quote to do Air Duct Cleaning for my home. I had reached out to a few other companies but Kevin's price was the best price for work as I took his complete package for Air Duct Cleaning. Kevin was a great guy and had no issues setting this up. This included complete duct cleaning with supply, return, main lines, and all vents. Sanitizing the entire system as well as the furnace, AC coil, and dryer vent. My technician was illyas who had texted me in advance that he's on his way and was on-site. illyas had his worker (apologize for forgetting your name) and gave me the rundown as to what they will be doing and where they will be starting. I was quite astonished how much dust was actually removed with all the supply/returns being cleaned. I had a few questions for them and they were very good in answering them. Honest workers and did a very thorough job. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend this company.
