We've had various small leaks, etc. to fix on our newly purchased home. Each time, Professor Pipes has been easy to get a hold of and is able to make an appointment very soon.
What makes me especially happy with Professor Pipes is that they've gone out of their way to save me money by giving me a list of parts to obtain so I pay them for the installation only, not to shop for me, since I live just around the corner from a major plumbing supply. Very grateful for that cost-saving measure. Thanks.
