We had been referred to PorStone through our club Direct Buy. We were mildly happy with the whole process, how ever we had to chase them constantly to get the job completed! This was in 2015. Why am I doing a review only now? Well there after sale service is the worst I have ever felt with. We are trying to get there service guy out to fix a few spots on the counter surface that are rough to the touch. I have sent several emails, no response, I have to the office and filled out the required service request, 3 mths now no response , I have left several voice messages on the owners personnel voice mail and still no response! I have no idea how to deal with these guys! So beware of ever using Pro Stone. They have no respect for the customer, after they take your order!
