Respectful crew. On time and assessment along with quote was reasonable. Had to dig up a perennial garden to access pipes and they were careful with our rose bushes ec.

Plumbing pipe replacement

I have used Priority Plumbing once and they have a follow up service and were coming to do an annual check up of my plumbing. The company was very flexible with setting up a time for this visit and worked with my schedule. The plumber, Angelo, arrived at the specified time and put on booties to come into my home. While conducting the checkup Angelo noticed that the pipes under my sink in both bathrooms were corroded. He suggested that they be replaced. I agreed and he did it on the spot and it was a good thing because those pipes were an accident waiting to happen. Now I have nice new pipes that will last me for a long time. Angelo, was very polite, knew his job and kept me informed about what he was doing. He also did a good job of keeping his work area clean. I was very impressed with the work.

house call

my daughter dropped her diamond earing down the sink , priority charged her $300 for a 5 minute job to take the p-trap apart!! I think this is bloody highway robbery!

Dear Gene, We are so sorry that you are unhappy with the price. It is unfortunate that you told us to proceed with the work, as we did give you the estimate in writing before we proceeded. So with all due respect, it is a little unfair to call it highway robbery. Please try to understand the tremendous expense it is for us to send a fully licensed, trained and insured Plumber to your home. By the time the plumber drove to your home, completed the job, we allocated 3 hours of company time. In addition, our plumbers all have a minimum of 10 years working experience and receive ongoing training. We usually make jobs look a lot simpler than they are. Please call us to discuss your concerns as we always try to make our customers 100% happy.

Sump pump replacement

I have had many problems with defected sump pumps and backing up of water in my cold cellar. Three different contractors tried to solve problem unsuccessfully. I searched the web and came across Priority Plumbing who come out the next day, assessed the problem and was able to solve my issues in a very professional and friendly manner. They provided me with different options and even the convenience of future upgrades. Angelo was prompt, very knowledgeable and worked in a very neat manner. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend Priority Plumbing with pleasure.
