The hot water into the bath tub had suddenly shrunk to a dribble. Cole explained what the problem was, offered a range of solutions we could choose from, all carefully priced, and fixed it. He also noticed that the silicone seals in the shower had degraded, and replaced them. Finally, he fixed the flushing mechanism in the powder room. Throughout, he was courteous, helpful, and capable.

We were also very pleased with the back office, which kept us updated about the technician's expected arrival.
