The worst Customer Service I have experienced in my life.
No response to repeated emails or phone calls, Service Items left open and not fixed.
Will never deal with this builder again.

Worst builder and customer service. I closed my assignment for new home on 6th December 2023, and still not able to move in. We can not install appliances because builder did not provide correct required things for installation. I am trying to reach them by email and phone but they are not responding even though thy know that its cause tremendous impact on our move in process. Very poor customer service... there are numours items are missing, Damages and not places properly according to my upgrades. I have spent lot to upgrade almost whole house. But there are failed to provide upgrades. They even didn't resolved PDI checklist before closing dates. Still Not resolved yet. And customer representative suggest us to go with tarion without trying their best. They are planning to go for christmas holidays, we are looking for the another accomdation to shelter our self. We ask for 8 inche vent for hood, they mistakenly provided 6 inches so having installation of hood and rangetop. They don't drill water pipe hole in the laundry room so laundry washing mashine can't be installed. Even they provided so many wrong design in upgraded kitchen. Even kitchen iceland is scratched, chiped. Wrong cabinet design, broken exterior, licking bathroom, missing shelves, missing chef pantry design, missing filler, missing utensil trays, not functioning soft latch drawer system.

Stay away from this builder. They don't have any ethics and they can bend down themselves to make more money unethically from you. Their post sales service is the most pathetic. You wait numerous days to get a simple reply. Their workmanship is shady as well. They give you barebones and fix the issues for years to come. They won't build your backyard, lawns for years and years. They don't care about their customers once the sale is made. I would stay 1000 miles away from them and advise anybody that meets me

We bought home in Caledon 4 years ago still there is no backyard fence although our backyard is open to the farmland.
33 homes on our street waiting to get wire fence.. We can't leave pets n small kids in the backyard because of coyotes n foxes.
We sent endless emails to Daneala and now to Deanna but the only reply we get is "we are working with the developer".
This is so frustrating and disappointing. Primont delays everything. First our homes were delayed now the fence is taking forever

Upon PDI we were not happy with the turn out of our kitchen cabinets as the alignment was off and large gaps in between the cabinets. After reporting the issue to head office and submittIng our 30 Day form after moving in, within a couple of weeks I received a phone call from customer service. They booked someone right away to inspect the issues. Due to the pandemic we had to wait a couple of weeks longer for clearance to let people work in our home. I was given an estimate time frame of 4-6 hours but they only took 1 hr to do the job. I can finally install our handles that we purchased and line the cabinets! I am very pleased with the job they did. Thank you to Primont staff, Layla, Rob George, Rob (PDI guy) and Daniela for making this possible.

I bought a house from primont and i dealt with Jennifer and found she is very professional, reply with clear answer about all of my inquiry, she has the passion to deal with customers in welcoming manner.

Wonderful Builder.
Everything was wonderful.
From purchasing home, to the design centre and to closing, there were no problems.
After closing service was excellent and we will definitely buy from Primont again.

Bought in February 2016 closing was December 2017 still waiting for a place to call home delays and more delays
I wish would have bought from Mattamy and not from Primont their favor excuse we are in the mercy of the developer . Do not buy from this builder.

I purchased a houses in Oakville the agent did not showed me the brick colours and got my signatures on the brick form when I signed all the documents I asked her I need to select my brick she said this lot which you buy some one else bought it that's why you can not choose the brick because city has approved this and Primont does not want to go to city for approval I requested her I am paying almost 1.5 million and I can not choose my brick to make things easy she said I will ask Primont to give you Décor dollars or reduce the house price because she took my signatures on the form she is now saying Primont is not offering anything.

This company does not have good ethics . Please stay away with this company.

Bought this condo/townhome pre build in summer 2014, moved in summer 2018 and realized this is a summer home. Poorly insulated with big windows and made every excuse not to fix the obvious defects.. on top of that they decided
To inform everyone after we moved in, that they will be building a high rise right infornt of my morning sunlight, when there is an obvious parking situation every night! cant wait to get out of here. fooled me once.. never again Primont
