Save yourself the aggravation! Go with another builder
Really trying to comprehend why this builder can't get it together and deliver their homes on time. One or two delays I can understand, but several delays which turns into YEARS of waiting from original closing is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Do they realize people plan life events around the closing of a new home???? Primont is messing with people's lives...customer service staff are not helpful at all. How is it that every month that passes, you have still been applying for city permits? Absolute nonsense. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUILDER WITH ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PURCHASES OF YOUR LIFE!
