Nestor and his talented crew have just completed the exterior of our three story home and have done a superb job in all respects. I asked our local “High Park Wallpaper and Paint” store for a recommendation and they gave me his card. From the immediate appraisal and quotation that Nestor supplied, to the as-promised start and end dates for the project, everything was completed impeccably and to our complete satisfaction.

Our home had a mix of older painted surfaces and newly built material to contend with, as well as cedar shingle siding at the back of the house. In addition to a number of new windows, there were about 20 original storm windows to do. Nestor and his crew gave each surface the preparation it required: scraping, sanding, patching and caulking, and then followed through with a well-applied primer and two coats of exterior latex. The site was always kept in immaculate condition, and any debris and materials were always removed and stored at the end of each day.

Nestor's input on the color we had initially picked was invaluable and he encouraged us to take the time needed to get to the shade we wanted. With his help, that was completed in less than a day, but we still appreciated that his concern was always that we be happy with the results of the work.

We have only appreciation for Nestor's professionalism, and are completely happy with the results. We can recommend his company and employees without reservation.

I hired Nestor on the strong recommendation of my local paint store and now I hereby recommend him even more highly. He answered his phone immediately and made an appointment for which he arrived on time. He assessed my needs, presented me with a reasonable quote and lead time. He arrived on time, worked quickly, constantly, cleanly and expertly. He repaired cracks in the wall, the old ballooning wallpaper, painted the ceilings, the woodwork and the walls beautifully. I have recently purchased a condo and wanted it painted as soon as possible so I could move in. After looking through Homestars and contacting other painting contracters, I found Premium Painting and Decor. They are very friendly and professional. Nestor and Dan did a great job! My condo looks great! Nestor told me if I had any concerns or needed a touchup, to call him right up. I would highly recommend them!

We had some trouble finding a reasonable quote to repair the walls and repaint our condo. The previous tenant was a renter and had done a horrible job. Nestor was prompt to come in, gave me a reasonable quote and did the whole job in two days. He also came back the next week for touch ups free of charge. Overall we are very pleased with the result and would absolutely use Premium Painting & Decor again in the future.

Nestor always arrived when scheduled, was extremely neat, did excellent work, communicated well and finished on time. He even noticed small extras - and did them at no extra cost. We're extremely satisfied.

I had a wonderful experience with Nestor and very pleased with his work. This was the third time he's worked for me and has never let me down. The first time he painted our new baby's room and recommended a no VOC paint that was better than what the decorator specified. We were very pleased with his work and called him back to paint the entire house and replace the baseboards. When we replaced our hardwood flooring and our stairs no longer matched; we asked Nestor if he could restain them -the result was amazing considering they are two different woods.

All three times, painters arrived promptly each morning, did a wonderful job, cleaned up and got it all done in the amount of time they promised. Prompt, professional, and a fantastic job at a fair price are what you can expect from Nestor and his team. I highly recommend you hire him; I know I will next time.

I recently called Nestor to come back to my home to do more work and just like the first time he was here, his work was excellent. He explained the job to me, priced it fairly, and didn't leave until it was completed to perfection.
