Purchased a new home 12 years ago with pollard windows. Noticed foggy glass a few months after the ten year warranty. Called company. Dealt with very rude inside sales rep. Would not consider anything but a quote over $1200 to replace the glass . I need new windows in a new home? Two very large windows and three smaller windows. Not impressed with the service or quality of windows.

At Pollard we do stand 100% behind our warranty. It is unfortunate that seals do fail after a period of time and do need to be changed. Not knowing the specifics of your case I would be more than happy to discuss it with you as always. Jim
