Purchased a Hot tub in February with a 12mth Warranty. It stopped working in July and I contacted Dino the owner and who I purchased from. From then it went down hill I was calling the company daily to find out when it would get repaired. He never returned my calls, gave me incorrect information and when he finally did send his guys they did not bring the part. Oh and his guys were smoking on my property and were a group (3 of them) which you wouldn't want hanging around. It went from bad to worse with the false promises and was really stressing me out. Finally I contacted the Ontario Consumers Complaint who told me to send them a letter first so I called left a message again that I was making a complaint and they called back 20 minutes later to say someone was on their way to repair it....all in all it took 12 weeks, it was atrocious, the level of service they supply diabolical and I will never use them again!
