I am very pleased with the care Peel Services provide for the care of my furnace and air conditioner. Technician name 322-00119 Bruce who has visited my home fall and spring has provided excellent care and attention to the work that has to be done. He is very mannerly and a perfect gentleman.

Had a wonderful experience with Peel heating service experts, would definitely recommend them to my friends/family. The whole experience was great, even from the start booking; speaking to Tracy at their customer service line to their great sales representative Dave, who gave detailed information about their products and services! But the wow factor was from the technicians who came to install my ac and furnace units.... they were very intelligent and did such a great job ( even with unexpected work that came up during the install) the whole team was reliable and curtious, made me feel like they really cared. Special thanks to Marcel and Brad who worked tirelessly all day (even in the rain) to ensure the work was being done with great quality and expertise! Also a big thank you to their supervisor Sean who came by to ensure everything was going smoothly and to answer in details any questions I had come up! Marcel and Bradley installed a new Lennox air conditioner and were professional and polite. It was a much bigger job than I thought it would be and they seemed to really know their business. They explained everything well and made this a great experience.

Ray and Bradley were excellent. They were knowledgeable, pleasant, quiet, and efficient. It takes hours to get a new furnace and A/C installed and they kept me informed at each step. Our old furnace and A/C set-up needed some additional, unexpected tweaking, like replacing the breaker and adding a chimney cap, and all that was done as part of the day's work. Appreciate that the new piping was run along the rafters, out of the way, which was not the case with my old furnace and A/C. Ray even noticed an unrelated plumbing issue in the basement and advised on a quick fix. The new system looks great, and they explained how everything works (new thermostat, humidifier, filters) and left a clean area afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Would also like to thank salesperson Bill Hube who was well-informed and made cost-efficient suggestions. The whole experience with Peel Heating was great and I will continue to use them for our HVAC needs. Thanks again!

Shaan is the man. Friendly and professional, provided excellent service and recommondations to my questions. Made sure the Ac was operable before leaving and reminded us we have a furnace service. Give Shaan a raise.

Marcel and Bradley did a great job and worked hard nonstop for 9 hours. After all if that they still took the time to explain how to use the equipment in detail include answering all of my questions. Would definitely recommend peel heating and their staff for anyone looking for heating and cooling equipment.
