I had my air condition serviced by Peel Heating. Shaan the service technician was professional and friendly. He was running late because of a previous job, and he called to make sure that I was aware of the slip in the appointment. He pointed out the details of his work and went out of his way to explain why he did certain things. I am quite happy of the service call.

Rip out the old system and replace with the new system from Lennox.
The install crew of two was thoroughly professional:
- Addressed and explained all the concerns we had
- Respected our property. Whenever there was a need to step outside the red carpeted work area, took the time to remove their work boots.
- Installed a proper shutoff valve for the humidifier. Previous one was a piercing type.
- PVC drain pipe fastened to the floor. Previous ones were just tubings, three of them, one of which was too short.
- Cleaned up when job done.
- Explained the operation and maintenance of the thermostat, air filter, and humidifier pad.
- Unfailingly polite and easy to deal with.

Two technician came to install new AC and they did excellent job. They were working almost 6hrs and were very professional. Their work was neat and clean and were very intelligent. I would definately recommend them.

Bradley and Marcel were very professional, they cleaned up well and the service exceeded my expectations. Very happy!

Phoned ahead in Feb for weekend appointment in early May, then it was cancelled the day before with unacceptable alternate. Got that fixed, but only for 10 June, call day before putting off until Oct, for the AC; called and talk, they were to get back to me, did NOT!!

John was very nice and polite. He was careful not to let the dog out and waited while I closed the dog in another room. He explained what he had had to do. #91468

The technicians were awesome. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves and explained the products

From the time Bill came to assess our situation and make recommendations on what set-up would best meet our needs and why, to when Mark and Allan installed our new Furnace and A/C - the experience has been 1st rate.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

The team showed up and did a great job. Very respectful for my property. I would recommend their services.
