We've had an especially cold winter in the Greater Toronto Area this year and having a furnace that works to keep your home and family warm is an absolute must! As the temperature in our home started to drop, I called Thomas / Tom of PC Control Systems. Later that evening, he came to our home and started troubleshooting the problem. It turns out that it wasn't a "quick fix", rather, it was a multi-layer issue and definitely required someone with expertise, experience, and certification to come and fix. I'm especially happy that he explained what the problem was and the work was accomplished in language that a layman understood. Within an hour, the furnace was repaired and we had heat to keep our family warm! Highly recommended.
