Peter is the Appliance Whisperer - this guy is a PhD of appliances - he can diagnose and fix anything, including my 3 year old Kenmore fridge, which needed a new control board and drain tube. Quick response, knowledgeable and gets the job done. Only small, small drawback is he's a little expensive.. but you have to pay for quality, right ? ! and you get what you pay for. Overall very satisfied with Peter and Pambis Appliance. Thanks Peter !

Both visits were completed on the first visit since you provided the most important information! That is the MAKE MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBERS.
