Hey Kenny- I have said many times that an easy going customer makes a great outcome. When your dealing with a reputable outfit like ours essentially all we require is your trust and belief in us. When we feel that it really makes it easy to fulfil our obligations. I know it wasn't easy living through a glue down floor removal but the results in the end always make up for it.
