Pearl and her husband found Pacific Lock & Safe approximately 35 years ago and the family-run business is still running strong. Originally opened on Hastings & Main area, they expanded and moved to Powell & Commercial more than 10 years ago. Lucky for me their shop is still in my area.
I needed to call them to change the master key entry on 31 units and common area doors in my cooperative, and provide new keys to each resident of the units. The labor took a better part of the day, but Tony (Pearl's son) completed the job timely and professionally. He was thorough and took the time to explain the job before proceeding.
Whenever I need keys cut, I go to the shop and with a friendly update about their family gatherings I walk out with my cut keys promptly.
