Customer service was excellent from Diane, who was so helpful with my questions, to Dennis, who was timely, neat, informative, honest and who waited for my baby to wake up before starting up the noisy part.

the individual who came to the house to conduct the duct cleaning was professional, courteous and overall really helpful. he explained in detail when and how often we need to have this service done and in ways in which we can to limit the amount of debris and type of debris in the house.

he also advised us of what he found in the duct cleaning. very interesting indeed.

My vents are clean, and the air feels great, very efficient, the price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend their service to others. I would also use them again, got the job done and out of the house in about an hour! Thanks guys.

I asked how much and was suprised to hear how reasonable their prices were. I also noticed over the years how often I saw their truck
at many residences, so I thought I would give them a try.
Colin was exceptional - I asked questions with every process and he took the time to explain it all to me. As well I heard all the
dust and garbage coming out of my vents. I am extremely happy I cancelled the other company which was $150 more. I will use
Ontario Duct cleaning every 3 to 4 years as suggested by Colin.

I checked their web site and asked for quote and they emailed me a quote and I was happy with the quote so i went ahead with the service.
They were very professional from beginging to end using the robotic arm to clean my ducts. I was pleased with service and would use them again

I found this company in one of those envelopes full of flyers that come in the mail each week. The flyer I came across had a coupon for $25 off a duct cleaning so I decided to take them up on the offer. The estimate I received over the phone was very close to the final price (I paid a little less in the end) which doesn't always happen. The duct cleaner arrived on-time and finished the job in about an hour (he removed between 2-3 lbs of dust). He did try to upsell me on an electronic HEPA filter but didn't push it when I politely declined. Overall, I'd gladly use them again.

We have never had such a proper cleaning job. In our ten years in the house, we have had the ducts done three times previously (construction) and this was our fourth - construction again! He found construction materials in our vents that had been there from before we moved in! He also showed us that half our house's vents had never been cleaned - they did not cut in the access to the main vent going the other way. The work was done in October - our house is cleaner than ever before and with the vents clear - the house is heating much better. And we have really noticed the difference on the other side of the house. We just wish we had dealt with this company the first time.
