Ontario Duct Cleaning

I wanted to get the ducts of my home which I bought recently cleaned out, knowing that the pervious owners also had a dog. Did some research and decided to go with Ontario Duct Cleaning. I was very pleased with there service. Kevin and John (the 2 technicians) were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had of them, including explaining the entire process to me. Very professional and efficient service.

We had some work done on our home and i was dealing with cancer at the time so we really needed the ducts cleaned so we could have clean air in our home. The 2 men showed up and at first didn't want to do the job because it required them to go into a crawl space. This made me upset that they were going to leave so i talked to them and told them i was very clear about the situation and that i needed it done. They came to their senses after calling someone and did the job. It would have been a lot nicer if the would process was easier, but at least the job got done and it didn't take too long.

We used Ontario Duct Cleaning for both of our houses and have been very impressed with them. I think the best thing I noticed was the time they took to clean out the dryer duct of lint in addition to cleaning the ducts. The service person was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job.

My dryer had recently begun to take over 2 hours to dry a load of clothes. I called a few different companies to find someone to clean the dryer vent as it runs a long distance. When i spoke to Ontario Duct Cleaning they were very helpful and reasonably priced. The appointment was scheduled for 8am Saturday morning. The gentleman was at the house at 7:55 am. He did a great job and explained the process as he was working. The job was completed by 8.35am. He said the vent was very plugged up and could have caused a dryer fire. Thanks to Ontario Duct Cleaning my dryer is working great again. Also, I love companies that can do a weekend appointment as I am at work during the week. I highly recommend this company.
