Rob and his crew reroofed our home. The price was very reasonable. However, we had lots of problems with leaks. Everytime we called, Rob came back to fix the problem and make sure that we were satisfied. All the issues have resolved.

Very Professional and knowledgable!! Not only was the job completed in a timely manner, but done professionally with my needs in mind. I had a few other questions about my exterior issues and Robert took time to show me what I would need to fix the problem. Excellent service which I reccomend to others for their roofing issues of any kind.

Rob Norris Jr. responded to my request for quote very promptly. He courteously provided a comprehensive and competitive quote for the job after spending a great deal of time on my roof analyzing and measuring.

The Norris Roofing team showed up on the scheduled date and essentially completed the job in one day. With the day's getting shorter in November, they came back the next morning in better light to ensure the area around the house was completely clean and free of any debris or nails. The job was completed professionally and looks great.

I contacted several roofing companies after after I discovered a leak in my bedroom ceiling. Norris Roofing answered my call immediately and Rob showed up the same day and found the problem. He recommended several solutions to the problem but ultimately I decided to have the whole roof redone. Rob was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in giving me ideas on how to repair my roof as easily as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob and his "guys" for any roofing job. They are there when they say they will be, they are professional, knowledgeable and they clean up like it was their own house. Great company.

The company came and delivered a great job in just one day. The roof looks nice, and the ground was cleaned even better than before they came. I have recommended their services to family members who were also satisfied. On a separate note, Rob Norris was curtious and helpful, and gave me a reasonable price. You can't go wrong with Norris!!

Rob's crew showed up on the wrong day, took a two hour lunch, finished half the roof, left garbage in my backyard and then never returned to complete the second part. Six phone calls later and no response...unbelievable. Addendum Dec 1/08 Although it took four weeks to complete a two day job, (end of season mind you) the price was very competitive and the final product looks good. Rob's crew also works hard when on site.

Robert was very clear,professional in all his dealings.
For my roof , he gave avery good quote, explained in detail, did the job in time.
There was no hassle.
I would recommend his team for a good job on your roof.
