I am very glad that we chose to work with Rob Norris and his crew. First of all they came in time and did a tidy job as advertised. They cleaned perfectly the place like nothing happened. What impressed us more was the level of their customer service. The skylight we ordered had some cracks in the wood from the manufacturer and couldn’t be returned as it was custom made. They took it, filled it, sanded it and painted so it looked like we would’ve expected. Another thing was that during the job the electricity breaker tripped three times so we were obliged to switch it on and off. At the end of the day we didn’t realize that the plugs connected to that breaker don’t work until we tried to close the garage automatic door. We told Rob about it and he came personally the very next day (the Saturday of a long weekend) and replaced the breaker with a new one. When replaced the breaker, we saw that it was old and defective and probably worn down and nothing to do with the job performed. WOW! We strongly recommend Rob Norris and his company.
