I recently moved from Toronto to Edmonton with Noble Moving Services Inc. The service from the start to the end was excellent. Excellent customer service. Excellent service from the movers. Professional, friendly and the move was very quick. Excellent pricing - I received quotes from 2 other movers which was priced significantly above what Noble Moving Services Inc. charged us. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a moving service to use Noble Moving Services Inc. Thank You again for the wonderful service.

I moved with noble moving services from Vancouver to Nepean and I received the furniture yesterday, and it was so well protected that there wasn't a scratch on anything. There was a lot of sentimental value in the wall unit, so I was thrilled to see it make it without any damage. Movers at Noble Moving did a great job at carrying it up and down all of my stairs, even though it weighed a ton! Thanks again. They made a very difficult situation so easy.

I had my office moved from Toronto to Vancouver: a room's worth of desks, bookshelves and computer equipment.

When the shipment arrived, they delivered all but 5 of 17 items. On top of that, they gave me two items that did not belong to me.

What's worse, the driver asked me to pay for the shipment well before he told me that things were missing: what a snake.

What's more: they never found those 5 items, worth $1,000+ and did NOT compensate me at all for them. Theft? Bad management? You decide.

All throughout, our "agent" wasn't able to help us. And when she finally forwarded us to their claims agent, she offered just as little help or hope of recovering our items.

To add insult to injury, the new claims agent couldn't be bothered to even spell our names correctly in an email telling us we weren't entitled to any compensation.

Avoid this company at all costs

We moved with them a month ago from Toronto to Calgary. We were provide excellent service and friendly communication. They wasted no time in preparing our furniture and made our move quick and effortless. It was a pleasure working with their team and above all this is one of the most friendly and positive moving experiences you can imagine.
