We recently had a major problem with our contractor who did not know how to build our stairs correctly and it turned out to be a safety hazard. We contacted NewRidge given their reputation on HomeStars and we were immediately impressed. Scott and Keen responded to our emergency request immediately. Keen came over and provide us with important feedback, solutions and explained to us how it was to be done. NewRidge communicated the timelines and quotes very clearly and completed the work right on time. During this process my family did not have to worry one bit.
