This company overcharges by claiming more hours than the plumber was here. The plumber goes out to his truck and disappears 30 minutes at a time. This happened 2x. While he was working there were personal phone calls. The company over charged me by doubling the hours it could have taken to complete the job.
However the job was done and everything is working well.
