I had a plumber come on a Sunday, after confirming whether or not their prices were higher on the weekend. And, the answer was no. A plumber was sent to assess the kitchen handle not staying up and the leaking bathroom faucet. It was challenging to understand the plumber as English was not his first language. I was frustrating for me and must have been frustrating for him. The kitchen faucet, one piece, needed to be replaced and I was purchasing it. There is no brand name on the bathroom faucet. The plumber told me if he was not able to source the cartridges from a supplier I would need to have the faucet replaced. He took photos and was to get back to me. The prices he quoted me I felt were high and I said so. I did not like it when he bad mouthed other plumbers. As I had not heard anything from him I called the office and was told hew as still checking into it. I had a different plumber in today from HomeStars, first class, as I had not heard anything by last Friday. I had the work done for half the price. I would not recommend New Canadian Plumbing and Drain to anyone.

Our clay drain pipes were destroyed by the roots of a tree on our property. Canadian Drain and Plumbing had to drill through our basement floor and replace all the pipes.
They did an excellent job. They covered everything to make sure dust did not get on everything. They removed all dirt as they went along. We were also told exactly how they were going to do the job.
What was exceptional was how they handled my insurance company. Initially my insurance company was going to pay only 50% of the cost. This was even after I sent multiple documents describing the work done. After I gave New Canadian Drain and Plumbing permission to talk directly to the insurance company we were given 100% of the cost of the job!

New Canadian Drain and Plumbing is the only plumbing company will call for all our plumbing work.
A little over a week ago, we had a plumbing problem, it was not an emergency, but it needed to be resolved quickly. We called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing within an hour Nima arrived. We were particularly happy to see him again because Nima had resolved a serious plumbing issue for us on New Year's Day 2023, no less.
Once again he was very professional, thorough and personable. He assessed the problem, went out and got the part that was required and had everything completed within two hours. Not only that, but we also asked him to do some caulking which he did again with his usual professionalism.
I cannot say enough good things about New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. I only wish that all my interactions with other businesses would be as pleasant, professional and Prompt.

My kitchen sink drain was plugged and I called New Canadians first thing Monday morning. In less than hour, Volodymr arrived and began work. It took him a few hours, but the sink drain is fixed and Volodymr also replaced all the drain piping under the sink. The final cost was exactly the same as the estimate.
I am very happy with the quick and quality service.

I was replacing my toilet. After removing the old one, I found the flange to be broken. I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing at the advice of a friend.
The plumber came and ultimately bolted a new flange on top of the old flange. This companys price book for repair/replace toilet flange shows a price of $980, which is not reflective of the work performed in my home. I did not want to be arguing with the plumber, so I contacted the company afterwards. They initially agreed to refunding me $100 (although $300 would be more fair), but then reneged on this offer. I would encourage anyone to carefully consider all of their options if you need to call someone for this kind of work!

I would highly recommend New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. We had a significant leaking water service in our front yard, which was leaking into our finished basement. They came to our house within an hour, and we had a crew of 7 start the major construction repair the next morning. It was a 3 day job and they worked non-stop from 8:30am to 9:30pm. They explained everything to us along the way and worked very hard under difficult site conditions. After the repairs were completed, we were also very impressed with the clean-up. We would 100% recommend them for future work.

I had an issue with my toilet not working as it should. I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and they had Keivan come out to look at it the same day. He was very friendly and professional. Overall, my experience with New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Ltd. was exceptional from start to finish. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer service are truly commendable. Was renovating washroom. Clay pipes were broken and they replaced them. They also replaced drain from house to city property line. This was 2 jobs.
