George was on time and very engaged. He walked me through what he was going to do and provided examples and recommendations on how to handle the video scoping, pipe cleaning and backwater cleaning. He had state of the art technology and was able to uncover some potential problems which would have cost thousands of dollars if did not deal with right away.
EDUCATION - George did an amazing job educating my wife and I on why something was the way that it was and left us with recommendations on how to maintain a home with zero clogs or pipe issues. We had just purchased this brand new house and he explained what type of material the pipes are, why they operate they way they should, why the sounds make the sounds they make, educated us on when we should our next inspection of different parts of the piping system etc.
