We woke up to a blocked drain in the bathtub. Whenever we ran the sink of kitchen taps, water was coming up in the tub full of gunk, so the problem had to be fixed asap. I called at 8:30 am, and New Canadian got someone there by 9:30 am.
Raymond Wong, the plumbing technician, was terrific. He quoted a price up front, figured out how best to solve the problem, and when it was done, checked everything with me to ensure it worked. (If it sounds like a simple fix, it wasn't - old house with funky plumbing, so he had to cut into the kitchen drain to remove the blockage.) His work was fast and excellent and he was a pleasure to deal with.
I would definitely rely on this company again. It was recommended by a friend, and I too will recommend it to others.
