Plumbing review in

The packaging said I could install it myself in 10 minutes. They didn't know how hard it is to work in the tiny spaces in old, small, East End Toronto houses.
I couldn't get the nuts screwed down and called New Canadian. Within an hour, Raymond arrived and mounted the appliance, stopped the seepage, and told me that it wasn't my fault. He said he'd had a difficult time using his pliers in the small area. Nice.
So everything works, and I should have called a plumber before I made a total mess of the bathroom.
