Throughout a process which was drawn out due to getting gas run into our home, James always made the time to answer our many questions and even came out to the house to help us determine the best possible location for the meter. The customer service we received from this team was truly remarkable, always very prompt and provided with a smile.
We were on a very tight schedule after the gas line was installed, and the company was accommodating to all of our needs, ensuring that the furnace was installed and functional within mere days after gas was available.
We are very happy with our new furnace - no more cold spots in the house and it's so much quieter!! And we sleep easy knowing that we have an excellent warranty as well.
