Called them for my clogged kitchen drain, the serviceman came in at the requested time and was great with his work. He had estimated a 2 hour timing for the job. Started off with the snake and voila..it cleared!! Nothing came off the drain, so he mentioned that the snake grinds as it moves forward.
He gave us a bottle of their organic liquid for the drain as well.
Service was great but I felt it was too pricey..
